FEES:
Fees will vary greatly depending on the tooth involved, the type of treatment necessary, & the extent of treatment needed. During your first visit we will discuss the options available to you, their relative success rates, the number of visits necessary, their lengths, and the fees involved. If advanced notice is not given for a missed or cancelled appointment at least 24 hours before the set appointment time, a deposit for the needed treatment will be requested before another appointment can be scheduled.
PAYMENTS:
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Because of the unique nature of our practice & the specialized types of cases we treat, we are not able to accept insurances in lieu of payments. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
INSURANCES:
Prescott Endodontics is not affiliated with any dental insurance companies. We do, however, utilize an electronic claim service that allows us to submit dental claims on behalf of our patients. This service is complementary & we encourage all of our patients to take advantage of this feature, as it will provide you with reimbursement of your benefits at a much faster rate.
